Dr. Timothy Ball (Climatologist, Chairman, NRSP), an environmental consultant, well-known public speaker and former climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg, also serves as Chairman of the Natural Resources Stewardship Project.

Dr. Ball is a leader in the current global warming debate and appears on Out There TV to dispel the myths of human-created global warming. While Carbon Dioxide levels are going up slowly, not because of man's activities, but because of natural events, global temperatures are in fact going down. In fact, according to Dr. Ball, earth is not warming at all at this point, but is instead heading into a period of cooling, brought about by inactivity on the sun.

Dr. Ball also explains why the push for biofuels is a disaster waiting to happen.
