What if I can't see the video?
The Matrix News Network on-demand video service uses the FREE Adobe Flash plug-in to stream all videos to your computer. Flash is a plug-in that can be used in the majority of all browsers and usually pre-installed on virtually all newer PCs and MACs.
If you receive an error message where the video module should be, it may be an indication that you do not have the FREE Adobe Flash plug-in installed on your computer.

How does the video player work?
The Matrix News Network video service used an embedded flash video module to load each episode you wish to watch. Below is a graphic that indicates each functions from the player's interface.
1) Video window
2) The play/stop button
3) The Pause button
4) Indiciated how much video has already played
5) Where the video is currently playing
6) Indiciated how much video is already downloaded
7) Indiciated how much video is yet to be downloaded
8) The rewind button
9) The fast-forward button
10) the MUTE button
What do I do if loading is slow for me?
The Matrix News Network episodes will download within the flash player module according to how fast your internet connection is. Most Cable and DSL users will experience little to no skipping or pausing while the video is playing.
If you are on dial-up or experiencing frequenting skipping or pausing, following the below instructions.
1) First, pause the video.
2) Periodically check the loading bar as marked by the #2 circle, and wait for the video to finish pre-loading.
Once, the episode is downloaded, resume play.
How do I change my membership Status?
The On-demand video membership will be a reoccurring automatic charge based on the type of membership you have selected. If you wish to cancel your membership or change the billing period, please call the Remote Viewing Products customer support line at 866-607-8439 . If you are unable to get though, please leave your contact information and a representative will contact you generally within a couple hours during normal business hours (8am-6pm PST M-F) and within 12 hrs during evenings, holidays and weekends.
